Orders are normally created and sent out within 7 business days. Once we send your order off, you can expect to receive your parcel within 5 - 10 business days.
You'll always know when your order has been shipped, because we'll send you an email confirmation once we've handed it over to the postal service. This email will include your tracking number so you'll know exactly when its arriving.

When you choose Express Postage it's only the postage that is made express not the manufacturing time.

The best thing to do would be to contact us via email on sales@letsetch.com.au order through our contact us page on our website. Alternatively, we are always checking our messages on facebook and respond back to them quite quickly.
If we haven't started the process of creating your order, we would be more than happy to make the alterations and fix them up for you.

We will most probably be emailing back and forth until you are completely happy with the design of your product. Once you have confirmed your draft and are 100% happy with it, production will take place and your order will be shipping out within 7 business days. Delivery is then expected to take 5-10 business days, or 1-2 days express post depending on your location.
Our Jewellery Collection is made from 316 Stainless steel. Our range has been Ion Plated in Gold or Rose Gold and polished to a high shine.
Stainless steel is extremely strong and durable. It does not tarnish, corrode (will never go black) and will not discolour your skin. It is a hypo allergenic, making it perfect for those with skin irritations and allergies.
